READ LABELS
Life style small changes is required, start with reading the labels before you eat, drink or topically apply things. If the labels have words that sounds chemical, then avoid it. Never underestimate the skin, what you apply on your skin get digested too. |

AVOID ARTIFICIAL
Small changes can begin by avoiding the intake of synthetics such as artificial sugar. Never eat/drink products with artificial sugar such as; diet coke. Take xylitol (greek word for roots) instead to sweeten your drink/meal as it is made from plants and has low GI & 1/2 cal.
CALMER MIND
Practice yoga calming breathing techniques next time you suffer from headache instead of taking Panadol. Choose yoga instead of binge eating as yoga is practiced best on empty stomach, invest in good yoga DVD at home. Often, hunger will subside. |

The practice of yoga is best for detoxification benefits. By gently stretching muscles as well as massaging the various

produced, such as lactic acid for example.
